ReplayGain applied to songs without ReplayGain tracks

I don't know if this is a guayadeque or gstreamer problem, however it seems that the ReplayGain preamp is being applied to every song played... even those without any ReplayGain tag... in these latter case, guayadeque reproduce the songs at a very high volume and they sound very distorted.
