Guayadeque Music Player

I would really like to see the ability to sync a mass storage device through Guayadeque. Nothing to fancy, something where it would just sync a playlist to the MSD would be a great start.

I use freesync to sync the file system - not what you asked, but it achieves the end you may be wanting.

anonbeat is working on support for playlists on devices. He is looking for advices on the best way to handle it, so if you have an idea feel free to explain it.

I think a decent way of doing it would be having something like a "playlist" for each device (maybe a sync list) where it would sync that list to a specified device in a chosen manner. The user could then choose how to do sync it, such as an automatic upon insertion, or a manual sync. You would also be able to choose how the music would get sorted to the devices directories, such as by // - .

Obviously this is just one way of doing that and I'm sure some thing with that could get changed to make it even better.
