sorry man, I just realized that last 2 or 3 stacks are actually still from 1842.
But I am now on 1845.

maybe it is related to gnome. But I really don't want to install any other DE. At least not on this 12.10. But I do have some spare 2.5" drive so I'll try with something else. I think I'll go with arch and again gnome shell to see if it is related to gnome.

have you tried removing guaya and doing a fresh pull from svn?

well, the whole installation is fresh. I said that I would try it on some other distro but....... can't compile on fedora 17, the issue is already mentioned here somewhere, the same for opensuse, package names are quite different and I can't figure out which one do I need. I found some of them, but not all. I also tried arch(aic) linux but by the time I was done with installation of DE and finally get GUI my interest in arch(aic) was already gone. So I'm still on 12.10 gnome version and still with the same segfault errors.
But I can try to start all over again.

OK, so I started all over again including rescanning library and configuring all the settings. Everything.
And the result is that I had only one segfault since then in 4 days. Previously it was like 4 in 1 day.
