Gstreamer falta un complemento - OGG STREAM

Buenos días

Intento escuchar una radio online en formato OGG, pero obtengo el mensaje "a la uinstalación de gstreamer le falta un complemento". He instalado todos los codecs que se indican en varias páginas sin éxito (ugly, good, bad, etc.)
El stream es:
http://game.rainwave.cc/tune_in/1.ogg
En VLC abre perfectamente, pero en Guayadeque no.
Y estos son los mensajes de la terminal:

Añadir que, en cambio, si se utiliza una URL con playlist en formato m3u, si que funciona (aunque en teoría el stream sigue siendo OGG)
Por ejemplo: https://rainwave.cc/tune_in/1.ogg.m3u

The url you points gives you a m3u file instead of an valid ogg. Please use this urls
http://allrelays.rainwave.cc/game.ogg or https://relay.rainwave.cc:443/game.ogg

Exactly. This is the problem. The 1.ogg url gives an m3u. Use this last one.
