"Length" in playlist filters not working

If I add a playlist for long songs (say, > 20 min), it includes songs as small as a second or two.

[So, by the way, if I "deny" these long songs, it'll play only 0-length songs, including some broken files, which tend to crash the player... but that's another bug.]

If I want to create a working playlist for songs > 20 min, I have to filter it on "Length at least" about 335:0:0.
This shows up okay in the Current Filters as "Length at least 1w 6d 23:00:00".

There were some changes to how lengths are treated when anonbeat added CUE support, it's probably related to that.
