Error when running ./buildt

Since a couple of update to SVN directory, when I try to run buildt I get an error like this:

xgettext: Non ASCII string in Preferences.cpp:141.
Specify the code of the source using --from-code.
mv: impossible to stat "guayadeque.pot": File o directory doesn't exist

(The error statement is translated from italian, so maybe is not exaclty correct)

I've tried to delete both guayadeque.pot and Preferences.cpp and then svn up to restore them, but nothing has changed.
