it adds several others WHY?
I have auto add tuned OFF. I only want to hear the one track not a random one/several

Are you sure you have the SmartMode disabled? It's the icon with the light bulb.
Also make sure that you don' t have enabled "Play ramdom track/album when playlist is empty" in the Playback preferences.
