I Follow the link you give me. To solve the problem, I just remove appmenu-gtk
package:
sudo apt-get remove appmenu-gtk

Just two days ago I saw an update of the wxwidgets in Ubuntu 10.10 that said it fixes the problem of the menu disappearing.
