The "Last Play Time" filter in the Dynamic Playlist Editor misses the "not in the last (minutes/hours/days/weeks/months)" option. This option is necessary for filtering tracks that don't have a "Last Play Time", because they are not found by the currently available filter options "in the last" and "before the last".

You can define a list with the tracks that you don't want, in your case "in the last (minutes/hours/days/weeks/months)" and then use it on the Deny filter.

This scheme has some limitation (you can have only one Allow or Deny filter at the time), but is done like that for performance issues.

In svn revision 1429 the 'before the last' filter should include the not played tracks aswell
