Guayadeque Music Player

Some shoucast streams such as...
http://www.181.fm/playing.php?station=181-frontporch
...are not available. Some other music players seem to have more shoutcast stations available.

I have tried adding the genre and updating the shoutcast listings.

In guayadeque you need to add the genre so the stations of that genre is added. Also be sure that the station bitrate filter allows that station to appear. By default its set so all stations with bitrate below 128 are not added.
You can configure this setting from Preferences -> Online

Thanks anonbeat. That worked, but isn't 128 a bit high? Many shoutcast streams are voice only, and 64 is enough for them to be okay.

I think for music 128 is the minimum acceptable quality. Anyway you can change it anytime

If you are keeping the general sound quality high, then please consider differentiating between music and speech. Personally i find a level of 64 is fine for speech and would like to see a different minimum default bitrate for genre=talk. Please check some 64 talk stations out. Personally, if i had a talk station i would not bother broadcasting higher then 96.
