Save playlist to flat structure with numbered prefix for MP3

A lot of newer cars now have MP3 CD players from the factory, which is great but they're pretty crude.
To create a "mix tape" MP3 CD, it usually means having to change the filenames to play in alphanumeric order. This is especially useful if you have a company car or a hire car where you have no opportunity to change the hardware.
I use a tool for this in windows (ugh), called Amok Playlist Copy:
http://www.amok.am/en/freeware/amok_playlist_copy/
But the "Copy to" option in build 1141 was very close to this requirement (except it wasn't a flat structure), I thought I'd explore the possibilities.
It would be great to take the main playlist or a saved playlist and "Copy to" a folder, with some flat numeric format like 000_playlistname_trackname. Then I could burn this to a CD and have my playlists in the car.
Thoughts?
