I access my music library from different computers but because Guayadeque saves the full paths to the files, I have to create symlinks to use playlists.
However, if you want to copy them to PMP you are out of luck (see https://sourceforge.net/apps/ideatorren ... t/idea/89/).
I would like to have an option to save the playlists with relative paths.
The advantage of full paths is that you can move the playlists without moving the files and it will still work.
But I think that the advantage of relative paths is greater and it should be the default.

Playlists with relative paths
First off all, many thanks for creating this amazing player!
Are you still working on implementing this feature? I want to export playlists to an external HD that also holds my music, so I can use them in a DJ program on my Windows boot. If the paths are absolute, the locations refer to the mount point in Ubuntu and can not be accessed by Windows programs.
If anyone knows a workaround for this issue, please let me know!

Playlists with relative paths
if you create the external hd collection as a portable media player the playlist saved will be created with relative path from the playlist folder defined in the portable media preferences.

Playlists with relative paths
I have a media player set up as one and when I export a playlist, it always uses absolute paths. Unfortunately, my media player only recognizes relative paths. Any help is appreciated.

Playlists with relative paths
I would also like to have the option to export playlists with relative paths. Use case - my music is stored a NAS mounted to my PC via CIFS. The NAS also serves as a DLNA media streamer. I'd like to be able to create playlists with Guayadeque for streaming but absolute paths don't work as the root path to my music is different on the NAS.
