On the first run of Guayadeque the cover browser doesn't show most of the covers.

All cover images are located in the album files and named as cover.jpg

I've also been having trouble recently with covers. Guayadeque doesn't seem to pick them. I've not been able to identify the pattern and I actually thought it was some change in behaviour (by design) that I wasn't aware of. The covers tend to be embedded.

Thanks anonbeat, back to normal now. Just one thing: a complete rescan found the covers but the function Search Covers did not.

Search covers only try to find the missing covers from last.fm
