Saving layouts

Guayadeque has this option -saving layouts- which seems to be only half-developed. Fully implemented would make it amazing.
I think the final idea is that you are able to save fully customized layouts. For a fully functional Guayadeque i want a full blown-out GUI maybe like this:

But if I'm just playing smart mode with filters this all I need:

For this to work Guayadeque would have to be able to save the size of the gui as part of the layout.

I agree.
Actually, this request was made some months ago, but was never fulfilled.
I hope that after getting full mp3 player support, anonbeat add this feature.

What cannot be saved now?
What I would like, and maybe that's what you are asking for, is the layouts to be saved on their own files instead of being saved on guayadeque.conf. To add a new layout you would only need to copy it to the Layouts folder within .guayadeque. That would encourage sharing layouts.

What cannot be saved now?

At the moment you can't save MULTIPLE fully customized layouts

A big change is going to come to guayadeque interface in the near future. This will come with new layout system
Its planned that in the layout it will be saved the position and size of the window, if the status bar is visible or not, if its in full screen mode, etc
