Would it be possible or good to move to Github? It'd make it insanely easier to collaborate with others.

I support this idea. I don't know if it makes sense for the current proyect, but if a there is a port to Qt I think it would be better to host it in Github.

It would still be good for the current project to move to Github, and you can continue using the SVN bridge they have in the meantime. The project will get a lot more visibility, and it's a super-easy thing to import from SVN.
