The cover is sent to your email.
I just noticed that it doesn't happen every time and it happens both with or without a cover file. You might have to play it 4-5 times until it happens.
I found other songs that have this problem but they are flac and very big. I can send them to you if you need them.

After intensive tests the issue seems to be resolved.
