For now and till I trace the problem just close the last.fm panel. It shouldl keep memory usage low

The memory issue is caused by libcurl... Opened a bug to libcurl project. Maybe I am wrong but looks like it...

At the end this looks like a gnutls bug. They use way too much memory and they dont free it up once the transfer is done. It is not a libcurl bug.

For now the solution is to use libcurl4-openssl-dev package instead of the libcurl4-gnutls-dev one.
