How can we completely control the player without using a mou

Post by Takkat »

We would like to run Guayadeque as music player in our Ubuntu HTPC media center box attached to our TV in the living room. To do so we need it to be controlled entirely by keyboard as there will be no mouse attached.

We can use media key controls, or up/down keys to browse our library, playlist, etc. but we are unable to switch between the application windows (e.g. from the playlist to the library window).

Is there any way I had missed so far to achieve this? Ideally, we would be able to toggle to different windows by simply using the left/right arrow keys (we will be using "FLIRC" keyboard emulation to integrate our TV remote control).
