Is there any way to change the lyrics path from .guayadeque to somewhere else? Currently I have all my old backed up lyrics, but guayadeque seemed to be saving them somewhere else and it has me confused, were they previously saved into the home directory, as thats where I see them after restoring my backup? Perhaps I changed this myself, as I didnt backup the previous guadeque config folder, and they have always been saved into .guayadeque/lyrics?

You can change that from the Preferences -> Lyrics

There are two places where you need to change: the source 'From file' and the target 'To file'

Thanks for your help

Can you give an example of what I would put in the From and To sections for instance in 'Source' and 'Replace'? Is there a way to edit the existing Sources or Targets maybe, or is there a config file that controls this I could edit to get a better idea?

Tamalet did a very good guide for lyrics sources. You can find it in this forums.

This is the tutorial I did to add a source: http://guayadeque.org/forums/index.php? ... mment_1842

If all you want is to change where the lyrics are saved just change the path in the "To file" target in the lyrics preferences.

Your tut is excellent, and it explained alot for me.

But, what I could not figure out is how to 'Edit' the existing Sourcces and Targets as their is no 'Edit' button that I see of any kind, so thinking about your comment I realized there must be SOME way to do it, and it hit me, DOUBLE CLICK!

I figure it out, and I hope this might help someone else figure it out, but perhaps an edit button wouldn't be too much to ask for?

Thanks to you both!

It was intuitive to me but I understand it may not be for others.
