What I've done is: right-click in the link in your first post and choose "copy link address", then right-click on "user defined" in the radio tab and choose "add". Paste your link and give it a name.

If you are trying to access the stations from shoutcast you probably need to refresh the stations. Right-click on Shoutcast and choose update stations

Shoutcast is sending buggy playlists files. For example for the station you posted this is what its sending

[playlist]
numberofentries=21
File1=http://80.237.155.73:80
Title1=(#1 - 484/1000) TechnoBase.FM - 24h Techno, Dance, Trance, House and More - 128k MP3
Length1=-1
File2=http://85.17.26.95:80
Title2=(#2 - 346/700) TechnoBase.FM - 24h Techno, Dance, Trance, House and More - 128k MP3
Length1=-1
...

As you can see the Length1 field is repeated for every entry and this is wrong. It should be Length1, Length2 and so on
This is what the warnings are about. But even with that problem the streams should play and its playing here fine so I guess the problem is that you are missing a pluging to play it.
