After recent upgrade, library is lost

I installed Guayadeque recently and migrated my database from Amarok with much success. I've added many new tracks since and done a lot of work on labels. I upgraded to svn-1465 yesterday and now when I go to play music, I find that my entire library is gone.
Checked my SQLite database and the file size is still quite large (73MB), but the "songs" table is empty.
Any help would be greatly appreciated
